“Youth for better Varna”
In August we continue our work on the project “Youth for better Varna”, which is realized with the financial support of the Municipality of Varna.
The result – about 450 filled in questionaries, which main goal is to define the main problems of young people in Varna. The questionaries were spread over the city of Varna and the resorts St. Konstantine and Elena and Golden Sands. A lot of young people joined the initiative with pleasure and share their opinion with us.
On 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th August were held topical nights, where the volunteers from abroad presented Spain, Portugal, Russia, Brazil and China. Every volunteer presented his/her country, traditions, culture and lots of interesting facts. The events gathered together over 80 presents.
What is coming – Public discussion on 14th August in “Youth House” – Varna. The event is opened for everyone who wants to share his/her opinion. There will be presented the generalized results from the questionaries, discussed all the problems and possible solutions for the young people in Varna.
During the final stage of the project we will develop some materials for generalizing collected information. We will create “Good case practices handbook”, which main goal is to present different decisions and good case practices from abroad to help changing Varna’s society for better.
