AIESEC is the world’s largest students-run organization which is active in 1700 universities across 107 countries. Our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential in order to have a positive impact on the society.
Each year, AIESEC provides to its members over 10 000 professional internships, 9000 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as different trainings in over 470 conferences and thousand activities. By offering opportunities to build extensive international personal networks and explore leadership opportunities, we provide a platform for young people to discover direction and ambition for their futures.
Our partner organizations look at AIESEC as a way to support development of today’s youth and have access to top talent from around the world. AIESEC has over 60 years of experience in positioning high-potential students into globally minded responsible leaders among the business sector.
