AIESEC facilitates the connections between the youth and the business sector on a global basis through its exchange program, conferences etc. This is one of the most important unique characteristics of the organization.

Our global network consists of more than 45 000 members at over1700 universities in 107 countries all over the world. The Member and the Local Committees are run by students and recent graduates. The AIESEC’s global network comprises more than 4000 corporate partners, 8500 realized internships and 470 conferences annually.

The AIESEC’s business model has evolved throughout the years to fulfill its mission in regards with the ever changing world’s economic and social conditions.

Therefore, AIESEC has united its Member Committees in 6 regional growth networks (Africa, Asia Pacific, Central & Eastern Europe, Iberian-America, Middle-East, and Western Europe & North America) to enlarge the range of opportunities for the young people’s involvement in its activities and to increase its global influence. These groups are formed according to the common market, economic and social realities, and the possibilities for cooperation.
